Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A completion certificate is issued after you pass the quiz for each course. You can download it anytime from your course dashboard.
How do refunds work?
We provide a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases if under 20% of the content was consumed. If you’re unsure, start with the intro modules first.
Are tools and materials included?
Physical tools are not included. We provide detailed sourcing lists (budget to pro), brand alternatives by region, and guidance to avoid mismatched rollers, brushes, and primers.
Is the content beginner friendly?
Yes. Start with Surface Prep and Basic Rolling before trims or special finishes. Each module includes common mistakes, fix steps, and a checklist you can follow room-by-room.
Do you cover safety?
Yes. We highlight ventilation, PPE, ladder basics, safe handling of coatings, and how to protect interiors during sanding, priming, and cleanup.
How long do I have access?
Access is provided as stated at checkout for your plan. If you’re on a time-limited plan, you’ll still keep your certificate and completion history after access ends.
Can I learn on mobile?
Yes. The lessons and quizzes are designed to work on mobile and desktop. For best results during hands-on practice, we recommend downloading checklists before you start.
